Over the years our directors have made connections with numerous construction professionals, some are semi- retired and some are working for us freelance. Programme and Planning
Our skilled planning team can work either on the software of your choice or provide conversions. We generally use Asta Power Project, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

We produce schedules for clients, main contractors, and design teams in all schedule levels 1 to 5 subject to availability of design. However, programme assumptions can be made, the basis of programme schedules and programme road maps produced to enable every programme stage to be explained and understood.

Our planning team have experience of all forms of construction, and we can match our team to suit your requirements. For example, we have highly experienced planners in high-rise residential, data centres, sports and leisure, stadiums, hospitals and healthcare, education, marine and civil engineering to name a few.

All our team will provide programmes to suit your contract and we have experience in all forms of contracts adopted in the UK. For example, JCT, NEC, Bespoke, P21 etc.

Our planning team can also provide time slices to suit your requirements and provide thoughts on sequence, logistics and plans to enable your teams and clients to understand the programme and how each building is to be constructed. We are happy just to provide tender programmes or provide onsite planning resources from inception to completion.
Claims Support
We do not offer Construction claim legal teams; however, our team can significantly reduce claim costs. We have experienced Senior professionals who can carry out forensic planning, compile reports and frame claims documents that will reduce expensive lawyer fees.

Cold eyes review - Review design position, programme, procurement, and progress onsite. We provide in-depth analysis. Identify risks and opportunities in a report that can be discussed internally with your teams.

Quality reviews - Work with your supply chain to develop inspection and test plans prior to commencing, visit the site as required and agreed. Carry out moment-in-time quality audits and provide dashboards or non-conformances discovered. Monitoring close out and actions taken.
Health and Safety Inspections and audits - Have a complex building, with scaffolds etc for example. We can provide a targeted audit as required that will ensure all areas are identified for use internally.
