Theobold Grove Arch

VPMC worked with The Arch Company to remodel this arch in line with the NWR Refurbishment Arch Guide in order to turn an unusable arch into to fully functional, dry and clean environment that Network Rail can lease out to Small local businesses.

The Arches are finished to a Basic Layout enabling the end user to modify the internal layout to their individual needs.

The arch barrel ceiling is lined with UPVC corrugated sheeting which follows the vaulted curved of the arch in order to direct any water seepage through the arch towards the perimeter ground drainage.

An existing mezzanine floor was removed and a new fire exit installed. Mains supplies and drainage have been installed. The front and rear elevations had a new zinc damp seal installed as well as new internal electrics and a W/C.
