76 Stations for GTR
As part of a wider renovation scheme, VPMC worked on 76 Greater Northern Line Stations, involving the renovation of station structures, station lighting and canopy columns as well as adding new automated barrier gates, new handrail systems, stair treads and installing new shelters on platforms.
Station shelter installation works are part of the accessibility framework agreement, as the principle contractor, we have actively been involved in the installation and improvement of all 76 stations on the Great Northern Lines, including stations such as Enfield Chase, Hadleywood and Sandy rail stations. Works at some stations also included the Removal of existing shelters and cycle racks to make way for new ones.
